We are excited to announce that effective immediately, LED Autolamps has been acquired by Clarience Technologies. LED Autolamps will be joining ECCO, Code 3, Truck-Lite, Davco, Lumitec, Rigid, and Road Ready as a part of the Clarience Technologies network of brands.
LED Autolamps is an Australian company with a global vision that pushes the boundaries of LED technologies to successfully compete with industry giants from around the world. They design, manufacture, and guarantee high quality LED Autolamps at a competitive price for all sectors of the automotive lighting industry. As an automotive lighting company servicing Australia and the UK, LED Autolamps shares a similar operational approach to ECCO Safety Group's (ESG) brands—ECCO and Code 3. In the interest of bolstering all of our product and customer offerings, LED Autolamps will join ECCO and Code 3 under the ESG brand. We are confident that this collaboration will propel LED Autolamps and ESG products to new heights with our combined engineering, research, and development expertise.
With this acquisition, ESG and LED Autolamps will continue to provide the same quality of service we are trusted for while being able to leverage new resources to enrich the customer experience on all fronts. LED Autolamps aligns closely with the Clarience standard of providing first-rate customer service, exceptional products with customisation options, and straightforward and honest warranties. Beginning today, LED Autolamps’ European operations, led by Andrew Roussou, will be overseen by Enrico Vassallo, ESG’s Managing Director of EMEA while the Australian operations will be overseen by Brenton Heath, ESG’s Managing Director of APAC. Across regions, a focus of this integration will be leveraging both ESG and LED Autolamps purchasing power to overcome today’s supply chain challenges even more effectively, our industry knowledge to develop innovative products, and customer service focus to best meet your needs.
